the room had ample lighting and a safe. the bathroom included two separate sinks i found very useful. i was pleased with the provided toiletries. the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool i really liked that.

soundproofing was minimal i could hear hallway noise at times during the night

I found the staff very helpful. the hotel is quite close to the cathedral and the city centre. free lockers are available after check-out. I was able to leave my luggage in a room.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work well. also, i could hear every sound from other rooms at night. It was very frustrating.

Nespresso coffee is available for 1 euro. i could easily access several nearby restaurants. they were within a short walk from the hotel. It was easy to find places to eat nearby.
